Our Money Back Guarantee is unlike any other guarantee you may have encountered and reflects our high confidence in the uniqueness in what we do and what we offer to attendees and stakeholders.

T&C – The Fine Print

Our money back guarantee applies only to paid attendees / participants of Survivability Summits™.

To qualify for the “Money Back Guarantee”, attendees must:

1. Have paid in full for their delegate ticket in whatever offered category.
2. Attend in person the Morning session of the Survivability Summit, including the opening keynote address by chairman Khaled Fattal.
3. At the conclusion of B, if attendee believes that he or she did not learn anything of value, become aware of anything new, nor discovered anything relevant about the comprehensive threat landscape from the morning session and the keynote address by chairman Khaled Fattal,
4. then, attendee must inform any member of the organizing team at the conclusion of the morning session and at the beginning of the coffee break, that he or she learnt nothing, gained zero insights, and wish to request their money back for the delegate ticket they purchased.
5. An organizing team manager will formalize the delegate’s oral request and start the proceed of a full refund.
6. Delegate will proceed to leave the conference center escorted by a member of the organizing team.  
7. A Full Refund will be issued by MLi Group & Survivability Summits™ within 3 working days from the date of the request and an E-Mail confirmation will be sent to the delegate for further confirmation.
8. Paying delegate should expect receipt of their MLi Group and Survivability Summit’s fully issued refund between 7 to 14 working days. Please note that this timeline is fully dependent on the credit card and bank’s processing timelines which MLi Group & Survivability Summits™ have zero control over.
9. The Money Back Guarantee applies ONLY to paid Delegate Attendance Fees to attend the Survivability Summit.
10. Money back Guarantee DOES NOT apply to any other offered, provided or associated services.
